About

Advocate. Founder. Writer.

I am an Indian-qualified advocate working in international cultural-property law, restitution, and human rights — with a particular focus on where cultural heritage meets international criminal law.

I write for the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law on restitution under the UNESCO and UNIDROIT Conventions, money-laundering jurisprudence, and cultural-property policy. I founded the Kalamrut Legally Cultural Foundation, a research-driven NGO on art and cultural-heritage law in South Asia, and serve as Legal & Compliance Director at Herizon Capital. Currently based in Paris; in the Netherlands from 2026.
