Restitution and repatriation under the 1970 UNESCO and 1995 UNIDROIT Conventions. Illicit trafficking, provenance, and non-exportable treasures. The prosecution of cultural-heritage destruction as an international crime — the territory the ICC entered in Prosecutor v. Al Mahdi. Founder of the Kalamrut Legally Cultural Foundation, working on art and cultural-heritage law in South Asia.

AI, Law & Policy
The legal and policy questions raised by emerging technology — AI governance, accountability, and regulation. Trained in legal-tech and AI-assisted legal research (Kira, Litera); writing on criminal-law and accountability questions, including money-laundering jurisprudence and the proceeds-of-crime / fair-trial balance.

Arbitration & ADR
Commercial arbitration and mediation. Advanced training under the WIPO Arbitration & Mediation Rules; ADR experience from Lok Adalat proceedings to commercial arbitration practice. Member, Young ICCA and Indian Women in Arbitration.
